White Tea

White tea, just like every other tea, comes from the Camellia sinensis plant, however is minimally processed. It is harvested before the leaves open fully, when the buds are still covered by fine white hairs, hence the name.

Oolong Tea

Oolong teas can be thought of as a cross between green teas and black teas. They are oxidised more than green teas but not as much as black teas.

Masala Tea

Chai is steeped in a rich history. The name "chai" is actually the Hindi word for "tea", which was derived from "cha", the Chinese word for "tea".

Black Tea

Black tea is fully oxidised tea. Black tea undergoes withering, rolling, oxidation and finally drying after it is picked.

Green Tea

Green tea is lightly oxidised tea. Green tea undergoes withering, rolling, oxidation and finally drying after it is picked. In some cases, it may be steamed and/or roasted.
